- 26 years of experience in international voice service desk Recruitment.
- Candidates must have prior experience working with DXC Technology (as a client) in an International Voice Service Desk role -Perm or C2H.
- Good understanding of international voice requirements
- Strong sourcing and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
