Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for various positions. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases.
• Conduct telephonic and in-person interviews to assess fitment.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely closures of open positions.
• Build and maintain strong networks for continuous talent supply.
• Maintain recruitment reports, databases, and follow-ups.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and represent CHRS professionally.

Requirements

• 13 years of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
• Good negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Bachelors degree preferred.
