We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team and specialize in recruiting for construction engineering profiles . The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the construction industry and possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Source candidates through job portals.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews.
  

• Handle 4 to 6 recruitments per month .
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the construction engineering field.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidates qualifications against job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback on candidates.
• Extend job offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires.

• Preferred candidates are those who are currently working or have previously worked with recruitment consultancy firms .
• Any Bachelors degree or 10th Pass .
• Minimum 1 year of experience in HR recruitment.
• Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 15 days will be preferred.
• Strong understanding of the construction engineering field and its specific recruitment requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Salary range: 35,000 to 45,000 per month
• Incentive range: 1,000 to 5,000
