We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to support our growing hiring needs. The ideal candidate will have strong English communication skills and experience sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across different roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other platforms
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews in English
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication
• Understand job requirements and match suitable candidates
• Maintain recruitment records and pipeline tracking
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience

Requirements:

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
• Previous experience in recruitment or talent sourcing preferred
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and job boards is a plus
