Role Overview
We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team and help us scale our operations in Noida. In this role, you won't just be filling seats; youll be the face of our brand in a competitive talent market. Youll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a high-touch candidate experience while navigating the specific legal and cultural landscape of Mexican and USA employment.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Sourcing: Manage the full recruiting funnel for various roles (Tech, Operations, or Administrative), from initial outreach to offer negotiation.
- Local Market Expertise: Utilize local job boards (Ceipal, LinkedIn, Indeed) and creative sourcing strategies to find top-tier talent.
- Candidate Experience: Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring every candidate receives timely feedback and a professional interview process.
- Compliance Awareness: Maintain a basic understanding of Mexican and USA labor laws to ensure a smooth transition from offer letter to onboarding.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 13 years of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house).
- Education: Bachelors degree
- Language: Understand Spanish and English is essential.
