AQM Technologies is looking for a motivated IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment for various IT positions and supporting business hiring needs with quality talent within defined timelines.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for IT roles (sourcing to onboarding)
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media
• Screen resumes and conduct HR preliminary interviews
• Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling and feedback
• Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers
• Ensure timely offer rollout and joining follow-ups
• Provide excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (HR or related field preferred)
• 04 years of experience in IT recruitment
• Freshers with relevant internship experience can apply

Required Skills

• Good understanding of IT roles and technologies
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Good organizational and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with ATS or recruitment tools
• Exposure to contract and permanent hiring
• Knowledge of recruitment metrics and reporting
