Responsibilities:
Source & screen candidates for Non- IT and IT requirements
Coordinate interviews & manage candidate pipeline
Ensure timely closures & great candidate experience
Requirements:
13 years of recruitment experience
Hands-on with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
