Job Description
Were looking for a Recruiter to manage the full-cycle hiring process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and closing offers. The ideal candidate is people-driven, organized, and skilled at building strong candidate pipelines while partnering closely with hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles (intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer support)
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the process
- Maintain accurate candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Promote employer brand and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Track recruiting metrics and provide regular hiring updates
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion recruiting initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- 15+ years of recruiting experience (corporate or agency, depending on role)
- Experience with ATS and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting in a various domain (e.g., tech, sales, healthcare)
- Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
