Job Description

Were looking for a Recruiter to manage the full-cycle hiring process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and closing offers. The ideal candidate is people-driven, organized, and skilled at building strong candidate pipelines while partnering closely with hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles (intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer support)
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other channels
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews
  • Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the process
  • Maintain accurate candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Promote employer brand and ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Track recruiting metrics and provide regular hiring updates
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion recruiting initiatives


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • 15+ years of recruiting experience (corporate or agency, depending on role)
  • Experience with ATS and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting in a various domain (e.g., tech, sales, healthcare)
  • Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
