Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Recruiter with experience in the US market to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on exposure to US staffing, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced US shift environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for US-based requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and US clients.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Manage offer discussions, documentation, and onboarding support.
• Meet recruitment timelines and hiring targets.

Requirements

• 12 years of experience in US recruitment / US staffing.
• Strong understanding of the US hiring process and market.
• Willingness to work in US shifts.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work from Coimbatore or Chennai.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with US job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.).
• Knowledge of W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models.
• Strong negotiation and coordination skills.
