Role Description
We are looking for a proactive HR Recruiter / HR Executive who will be responsible for managing the complete HR lifecycle of the organization. This role involves handling end-to-end recruitment along with core HR operations, including employee records, attendance, payroll support, and day-to-day HR coordination.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media platforms
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
- Handle offer letters, joining formalities, onboarding processes, and maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and ensure data accuracy
- Manage attendance, leave records, and support payroll coordination by providing timely salary inputs
- Address employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, and payroll
- Assist in probation tracking, confirmations, and related HR processes
- Ensure smooth communication and coordination between employees and management.
Skills Required:
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to coordinate with candidates, employees, and management
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Willingness to learn, take ownership, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Eligibility:
- Graduates / Postgraduates (HR Preferred )
- Freshers or candidates with up to 12 years of experience can apply
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes is preferred.
Work Details:
Work Location: On-site Gurugram
Employment Type: Full-time (Mon - Sat)- 6 days working
Compensation Details:
Fixed Pay: 2,43,996 per annum
Variable Pay: 60,996 per annum
Total CTC: 3,05,000 per annum.
