Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Recruiter with hands-on experience in BPO hiring . The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling bulk hiring, coordinating with candidates, and closing positions within tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment for BPO/Call Center roles
• Bulk hiring through portals, referrals, and social media
• Screening, scheduling, and coordinating interviews
• Managing candidate follow-ups and offer closures
• Maintaining recruitment trackers and MIS
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders for hiring needs

Must-Have Skills

• Experience in BPO/Volume Hiring
• Good communication & coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines
• Hands-on experience with job portals
• Immediate availability to join
