Job Summary:

Role : Record To Report

Experience: 1 year to 5 years

Job Location: Pune

Eligibility:

 Bachelor's degree in Finance/Commerce

 1 to 5 years’ experience in handling Record To Report (RTR) activities

 Good Domain Knowledge and communication skills

 Proficiency in SAP ERP

 MS Office proficient (excel knowledge is must)

 Blackline Recon Tool

 Good communication and interpersonal skills

 Problem-solving skills

 Ability to meet tight deadlines with quick turnaround

 Creative thinking, proactive approach, and self-motivation

 Must be flexible to work in all shifts

Responsibilities:

 Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

 Experience in preparing BalanceSheet Reconciliations, Intercompany and GRIR reconciliation

 Hands-on experience with month-end activities including journal entries (e.g., accruals, provisions) and reporting (monthly, quarterly, yearly)

 Preparation of SLA reports

 Ensure all SLAs are met as per agreed timelines
