Job Description
Hiring | Record to Report (RTR) SME | Immediate Joiners
We are looking for experienced professionals from a Record to Report (RTR) background to join our team at the SME level.
Experience: 3 to 6 Years in RTR
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA / PGDM
Key Responsibilities
- Setup and maintain GL accounts
- Book journal entries and manage reconciliations
- Perform bank reconciliation and handle fixed assets
- Book and reverse accruals
- Manage bad debt provisions and true-ups
- Handle period-end close reconciliations
- Clear open items and maintain ledger accuracy
- Prepare cash flow forecasting reports
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication
- Knowledge of SAP is preferred
- Strong client or customer focus
- Attention to detail
- Problem-solving ability
- Knowledge of Visual Basic or Macros will be an added advantage
