What would you do? You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions. The Record to Report team helps clients and organizations in their operational efficiency and balance sheet integrity, cuts time to close and safeguards compliance with regulatory requirements. The areas where this team s expertise lies is in posting journal entries, preparing balance sheet reconciliations, reviewing entries and reconciliations, preparing cash forecasting statement, supporting month end closing, preparing reports and supports in audits. The Balance Sheet Reconciliations team focuses on balance sheet analysis which involves evaluating all balance sheet accounts against sub-ledger or other non-general ledger-based source data. The role requires a good understanding of P&L accounts, general ledger, bookkeeping, journal entry, voucher entry, trial balance, and month-end reporting.

Additionally, you must possess the following skills- Must have strong R2R domain experience and working knowledge Proven experience of leading operations team Proven experience in managing clients Good communication skills Experience running multi-geography operations/teams QUALIFICATIONS 7 to 11 year (Level 09) (Existing & New resource) Experience with interest in record to report/Fixed Assets/Treasury/reporting/Taxation Graduate in CA, B. Com, BBM, M.com, MBA or relevant field (No Science/IT/Engineering graduates) This is a Permanent Work from Office Role Has Rotational Shifts
Roles and Responsibilities: Your role requires following responsibilities - In this role, you are expected to prepare/ review general period close entries & Adjustments (i.e. inventory, expenses, payroll compensation, accruals, etc) You are required to manage period close activities successfully and smoothly in coordination with the team, colleagues and clients Review and disposition of reconciling items arising from account reconciliations Responsible for preparation and review of variance analysis, flux analysis, foreign exchange analysis and aged receivables and payables etc and financial reporting. Manage SOX Compliance and control documentation. Ensuring the process DTPs and SOPs are up-to-date and signed off by client. In this role, you need to analyze and solve moderately complex problems You are required to create innovative solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures You are required to understand the strategic direction set by senior management, clearly communicate team goals, deliverables, and keep the team updated on change Your primary upward interactions are with your direct supervisor You may interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture You will be provided with guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignments The decisions that are made by you will often impact your team Ensure that the SLAs and Operations metrics are met & reported Managing audit and responding to queries to ensure zero observations Guiding, supporting, and working with the Team Leaders & members in meeting SLAs and Operational Metrics Develop management report formats for the Client and Management Supporting the Team Leaders in timely generation of management reports Proactively identify changes required to be initiated in all aspects of the processes Actively engage in transformation project and meeting set timelines/ goals Develop a backup plan for all processes handled Meeting Accenture financial and internal metrics / goals Facilitate audit, review, etc Ensure that reconciliation of assigned accounts in General Ledger to their independent source Understanding & delivering financial trending analysis & reporting (US GAAP) as per client s requirements
