What would you do? Lead the Fixed assets team, mentor/ coach direct reports and oversee the day-to-day activities of the team Liaise closely with External Financial Reporting, Tax, and Real Estate on Fixed Assets Reports and Tax Reporting requirements Review Fixed Assets Reconciliations and Periodic Gain & Loss Report Review periodic forecast, e.g. Depreciation, NBV write-off and De-recognition Review Quarterly Fixed Assets reports e.g. Fixed assets roll, Quarterly Supplemental, Write-down Reports, Franchisee Consolidations and Other Tax reports Prepare Annual fixed assets related Notes and Disclosures e.g. Fixed Assets, Investment Properties, Assets held for sale, Operating Lease notes. Consolidate reports from all other non-SAP legal entities. Oversee the Annual Depreciation Budget for all business partners e.g. Retail, Real Estate, Supply Chain Posting journal entries, preparing balance sheet reconciliations, reviewing entries and reconciliations, preparing cash forecasting statement, supporting month end closing, preparing reports and supports in audits. Assist in the Annual Store Impairment process Improve the current processes and documentations to enhance efficiency You will be responsible for Intercompany Account Reconciliation which involves recording & reconciliation of transactions, also includes assuring that transactional relationships between the entities are in balance. You will be reconciling AR sub ledger balances & highlighting any debit balance & provide details of reconciling against GL, Treasury open items, intercompany reconciliation & final summary of outstanding payments with discount earned & penalties paid.
