Reconciliation Analyst – Fixed Income (immediate joiner)

Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented Reconciliation Analyst - Fixed Income to manage post-trade and middle-office activities across multiple asset classes, including Fixed Income, Equities, Derivatives, and Alternatives. The role involves trade lifecycle management, reconciliations, settlement monitoring, Trade support, and stakeholder coordination to ensure accurate and efficient fund operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end trade lifecycle from execution to settlement across Fixed Income and other asset classes.
• Perform daily cash and position reconciliations with custodians, fund administrators, and prime brokers.
• Monitor and resolve trade settlement issues across global markets.
• Process corporate actions, dividends, and interest income accurately and on time.
• Support timely NAV calculation and validation in coordination with fund accountants.
• Prepare and review P&L, exposure, compliance, and risk reports.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and system enhancements in collaboration with tech teams.
• Coordinate with portfolio managers, custodians, auditors, and external vendors to resolve operational queries.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

3+ years of experience in fund operations, fund accounting, or middle office functions.

Strong understanding of Fixed Income instruments (bonds, treasuries, structured products) and other asset classes.

Familiarity with trade settlements, reconciliations, and NAV processes.

Experience with systems like Bloomberg, Advent, Eagle, Aladdin, or similar OMS/PMS.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with global fund structures (e.g., UCITS, hedge funds, private funds).

Knowledge of corporate actions, FX hedging, and derivatives operations.

Exposure to regulatory frameworks.
