Job Description
Position: Telecaller cum Receptionist
Department: Front Office
Location: Lower Parel (East), Mumbai
Working Days & Time: Monday to Saturday | 9:00 AM 6:30 PM
Reporting To: HR Manager / Admin Head
CTC / Salary: 20,000 30,000 per month (Based on experience & interview performance)
Job Summary:
The Telecaller cum Receptionist will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, handling front desk operations, coordinating interviews and appointments, and providing administrative support to HR and operations while ensuring professional communication and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs):
- Make outbound calls for inquiries, follow-ups, interview scheduling, and appointments.
- Handle inbound calls professionally and direct them appropriately.
- Share accurate information regarding services and job openings.
- Maintain call records, visitor logs, and daily reports.
- Greet visitors and manage front desk operations efficiently.
- Maintain visitor registers and handle couriers and documents.
- Assist HR/Admin with records management, interview coordination, and follow-ups.
- Ensure confidentiality and maintain professional communication at all times.
Basic Requirements / Eligibility:
- Fluency in English (Hindi and/or Marathi preferred).
- Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel and email communication.
- Basic working knowledge of AI tools.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Presentable, polite, and customer-friendly personality.
- Graduate (any stream).
- Willingness to work from Lower Parel, Mumbai.
- Driving license is an added advantage.
Experience:
- 0 to 2 years of experience preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
