Location: Chattarpur, Delhi

Working Model: Onsite

Days: Tuesday to Sunday

Timings: Flexible / Timings to be assigned based on operational requirements

Budget: 25 to 30k (depending on experience)

About the Role: Were looking for a proactive and friendly Receptionist to create a welcoming first impression for our members and guests. Youll manage front desk operations, bookings, and payments while ensuring smooth day-to-day coordination. The role calls for someone energetic, organized, and customer-focused. A knack for communication and sales will make you stand out.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist members and guests, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
  • Manage bookings, payments, and POS transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Promote memberships, packages, and caf or wellness offerings to enhance member engagement.
  • Coordinate communication between the front desk, site manager, and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain an organized, tidy, and inviting front desk environment.
  • Support events and on-site activities as needed to enhance member experience.


Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience as a receptionist, preferably in hospitality, fitness, or lifestyle spaces.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and confident demeanor.
  • Prior sales or upselling experience is a plus.
  • Energetic, approachable, and customer-focused.
  • Comfortable using booking and payment systems.
