Receptionist

• Welcome parents, students, visitors, and vendors courteously and professionally
• Answer and route incoming phone calls; respond to general inquiries
• Maintain visitor records and ensure adherence to school security procedures
• Handle student late arrivals, early departures, and maintain related registers
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (calls, emails, couriers)
• Coordinate with teachers and administrative staff for messages and scheduling
• Maintain records, files, and basic documentation accurately
• Assist with admissions-related inquiries and direct them appropriately
• Support administrative tasks such as data entry, circular distribution, and notices
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
• 13 years of experience in a receptionist or front-office role (school experience is an advantage)
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Kannada and/or Hindi is highly preferred
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email, school ERP systems if applicable)

• Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills
• Good communication and listening skills
• Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Ability to handle multiple tasks calmly and professionally
• Respectful and child-friendly attitude
