Position Overview
Optus Housing is seeking a professional and presentable Front Desk Receptionist with 23 years of experience in front office management or as a receptionist. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (written & verbal) and a positive, customer-friendly attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and queries efficiently.
- Maintain visitor logs, appointment schedules, and front desk records.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and courier management.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Manage meeting room bookings and support office facilities.
- Provide general support to staff and management when required.
Requirements
- 23 years of experience as a Front Desk Executive or Receptionist.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi both written and verbal.
- Pleasant, presentable, and professional personality.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure with a calm demeanor.
- Strong organizational and customer service skills.
