Position Overview

Optus Housing is seeking a professional and presentable Front Desk Receptionist with 23 years of experience in front office management or as a receptionist. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (written & verbal) and a positive, customer-friendly attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and queries efficiently.
  • Maintain visitor logs, appointment schedules, and front desk records.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations.
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and courier management.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Manage meeting room bookings and support office facilities.
  • Provide general support to staff and management when required.

Requirements

  • 23 years of experience as a Front Desk Executive or Receptionist.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi both written and verbal.
  • Pleasant, presentable, and professional personality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure with a calm demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and customer service skills.
