Role Description
This is a contract position for an on-site Receptionist at Mindsight Clinic, located in Mumbai. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing daily front desk operations, greeting clients, directing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining client records. Additional responsibilities include handling inquiries, managing correspondence, and ensuring a professional, welcoming environment for clients and visitors.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
- Proficiency in Clerical Skills, such as managing schedules, records, and communication systems
- Effective Communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members
- Demonstrated Customer Service experience, focusing on client satisfaction and support
- Organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency with basic computer applications such as email, scheduling software, and office tools
- Pleasant and professional demeanor with problem-solving skills
Job Timings: 11am to 8pm
Salary: 18k to 25k

6 days working (Monday to Saturday)
contract: 1.5 to 2 years
Skills: Proven work experience in handling inbound calls, admin work and basic accounts
Very well-spoken, fluent English, good with computers & confident

Job Description:
>Handing reception work
. Managing inboundcalls of clinic
. Attend Patient Calls, conduct follow ups & Book Appointments as per the calendar schedule.
Respond via Email & Calls Resolve; Patient Queries, Appointment Requests, Test Report Results & any other concerns as raised by them
Maintenance of basic accounts in cash sheets.
Maintenance of Patient Database, Daily Call Updates & Respective Case Files of Patients
Maintenance of Referral details for Patients referred by other Clinics
Daily Updating of Staff Attendance & Processing Payments based on the same
. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Maintenance of Regular Supply of Office Stationery & Other Supplies
. Appointment management in our kulcare software
Other Sundry Tasks & Overall Supervision for Smooth Administration of Daily Office Activities.
