Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Sector-63 Noida. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, directing calls, and handling inquiries. The role includes scheduling appointments, managing emails, and performing clerical tasks. Maintaining a professional and welcoming environment is an essential aspect of this position.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in any field or related field (preferred).
- Strong Phone Etiquette and capable handling of Receptionist Duties.
- Proficient in Clerical Skills such as documentation and scheduling.
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in delivering Customer Service with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in basic office software such as Microsoft Office Suite is an advantage.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong problem solving skills with good time management.
