We are looking for a responsible and pet-lovingReceptionist & Customer Experience Executive to manage our pet store operations in Vennala, Kochi.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers visiting the store
• Handle appointment bookings and billing (POS system)
• Answer phone calls and WhatsApp inquiries professionally
• Maintain store cleanliness and front desk organization
• Assist in managing inventory and stock display
• Coordinate with grooming staff for smooth daily operations
• Drive the pet pickup & drop van when required
• Ensure pets are handled safely and comfortably

Requirements

• Comfortable handling dogs and cats
• Good communication skills (Malayalam, English and basic Hindi)
• Friendly, confident, and customer-focused personality
• Basic computer knowledge
• Valid driving license (LMV)
• Freshers can apply
