If you love social media, creators, and beauty brands, this role will give you hands-on experience scaling influencer marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities-

• Polite, professional and courteous.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
• Manage the office, ensuring it is clean and presentable
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
• Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams for visitor meetings
• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
• Handle basic inquiries and provide accurate information and co-ordinate with team mates.
