Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure visitor entries in the logbook and issue visitor passes as required.
  • Manage and route incoming and outgoing mail, courier packages, and documents.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meeting room bookings, and calendar coordination.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors as needed.
  • Support HR and admin teams with basic documentation, filing, and data entry tasks.
  • Ensure staff attendance registers or biometric entries are updated if applicable.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and security staff for smooth daily operations.
  • Assist in organizing office events, meetings, and other administrative activities.
  • Handle basic billing tasks such as courier bills, utilities, etc.


Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or front office representative is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
