Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Ensure visitor entries in the logbook and issue visitor passes as required.
- Manage and route incoming and outgoing mail, courier packages, and documents.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meeting room bookings, and calendar coordination.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors as needed.
- Support HR and admin teams with basic documentation, filing, and data entry tasks.
- Ensure staff attendance registers or biometric entries are updated if applicable.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security staff for smooth daily operations.
- Assist in organizing office events, meetings, and other administrative activities.
- Handle basic billing tasks such as courier bills, utilities, etc.
Experience & Skills
- Proven experience as a receptionist or front office representative is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
