Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM
Job Responsibilities:
Attending incoming phone calls
Responding to WhatsApp messages promptly
Handling patient inquiries politely and professionally
Booking and confirming appointments
Coordinating with clinic staff when required
Requirements:
Good communication skills (English, Hindi & Telugu)
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and phone handling (Social Media)
Responsible and punctual
Prior clinic experience is an added advantage
