Looking for a candidate with 1- 5 years+ experience in Real Estate Sales in CP Firm.

Shift Details: 10:30AM- 7:30PM | Tue to Sun Working | Mon Fixed Off

Venue: Nobroker, EcoWorks, Modi Business Park, 4th Floor, D Wing, Ghodbunder Rd, Kasarvadavali, Thane West-400615. (Sharing Auto from Thane station for Kasarvadavali)

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential New House Buyers through calls, online meetings, and site visits to close sales.
• Work with qualified leads, explain suitable projects, and arrange site visits.
• Assist in negotiations between buyers and builders.
• Build good relationships with clients and encourage referrals.
• Manage the sales pipeline and meet sales targets.
• Keep updated on real estate trends and local market information.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Good communication skills- Hindi & English.
• Experience in Direct Sales or Inside Sales is preferred; freshers may also apply.
