• Manage the end-to-end real estate sales cycle from lead qualification to closure.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with buyers and sellers.
• Conduct property presentations and negotiate to close high-value deals.
• Track clients, follow-ups, and deal progress using CRM.
• Provide accurate pipeline visibility and revenue forecasts.
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitive activity.

Qualifications

• Possess strong skills in Real Estate, Real Property, and an active Real Estate License
• Demonstrated customer service skills with a commitment to understanding and meeting client needs
• Experience in Sales with proven ability to achieve targets and close deals effectively
• In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, trends, and regulations
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency in using digital tools and technology for managing real estate transactions is an advantage
• High level of self-motivation and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
