Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Salesperson located in Bengaluru. The Real Estate Salesperson will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Daily tasks include conducting property tours, advising clients on market conditions and property values, preparing necessary documentation, and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure high-quality service. The role also involves meeting sales targets and staying updated on market trends and regulations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in Real Property, Real Estate, and holding a valid Real Estate License
• Strong Sales skills with the ability to meet targets and close deals effectively
• Excellent Customer Service skills to establish and maintain client relationships
• Good understanding of local real estate market trends and regulations
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred
