Job Description

Objective

He/ She will be responsible for real estate sales, revenue strategies, marketing and training. The prime role is to sell residential projects.


THIS OPENING IS FOR ONLY MUMBAI BASED CANDIDATES.

LOCATION IS MIRA-BHAYANDAR


Responsibilities

  • Performed regular client meetings & site visits.
  • Effectively closed client transaction directly.
  • In-depth knowledge about real estate environment, property buying cycle.
  • Awareness about new projects coming up in the city and prevailing prices in various localities of the city
  • Analytics driven skills and ability to understand and act according to the key parameters such as conversion rate, leads to meetings, meetings to site visits ratio.
  • Responsible for generating sales within assigned focus projects
  • Schedule & conduct weekly sales meetings and achieving targets
  • Report on sales activities to senior management
  • Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base.
  • Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
  • Compiling & analyzing sales figures.
  • Collecting customer feedback and market research
  • Keeping up to date with products & competitors.
  • Hire sales staff, give training on weekly basis to the sales employees.
  • Maintain decorum and healthy environment in the company
  • Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree & equivalent experience in real estate sale.
  • 5+ years' of sales experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
