Location: Erandwane, Pune (Between Null Stop and Garware College Metro Station)

CTC: 40,000 45,000 per month

Experience: 4 6 Years

Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and articulate Pre-Sales Executive to support our sales team and drive customer engagement. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Marathi, Hindi, and English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in pre-sales within real estate or financial services is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for incoming customer leads and inquiries through tele-zoho software.
• Conduct product presentations, site walkthroughs, and client meetings.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for seamless lead handovers.
• Maintain updated CRM records of client interactions and follow-ups.
• Represent the brand professionally and uphold service excellence.
• Participate in events, exhibitions, and site activations as required.

Key Requirements:

• Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and English (mandatory).
• Minimum 4 years of pre-sales experience in a reputed organization.
• Preference for candidates with real estate industry experience.
• Willingness to work full-time from the Songbirds Sales Office.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and excellent in follow-ups and communication.

Preferred Qualification:

• Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Strong familiarity with CRM systems (Zoho or equivalent) is a plus.
