Responsibilities
Responsible to drive the sales through Channel Partners
Understanding customer requirement and get the closure
Responsible to bring in the site visit to all the Sobha projects through cold calling.
Responsible to maintain the client relationship and the channel partner connection.
Having an active Channel partner connection is an added advantage.
Qualifications
1. Must have completed the graduation.
2. Minimum 2 years' of sales experience into Residential property sale
3. Self-motivated with positive attitude
4. Strong communication skills
5. Must have the knowledge about the Bangalore Real-estate market.
