Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive. The position is based in Gurugram and involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, and managing client accounts. Responsibilities include establishing and maintaining strong client relationships, developing strategies to drive business growth, and communicating effectively with stakeholders to achieve organisational objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven abilities in New Business Development and Lead Generation in B2C setup
• Experience in Inside & Field Sales of Investment Related products
• Strong Communication skills with the ability to negotiate large real estate deals
• Cold calling or call centre experience required
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach
