Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Officer located in Bengaluru. The Real Estate Sales Officer will be responsible for identifying potential property buyers, facilitating property sales transactions, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining an in-depth understanding of the local real estate market. Additional responsibilities include conducting site visits, preparing sales presentations, negotiating terms, and collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
- 0-1 years of experience in sales.
- Freshers graduate/ trainee can also apply.

- Proven expertise in Real Estate and knowledge of Real Property transactions
- Strong Sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent Customer Service skills with the ability to build strong client relationships
- Strong communication, time-management, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using real estate software tools and familiarity with market trends
- Experience in the Bengaluru real estate market is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory
