Position Overview

We are seeking a highly accomplished and result-orientedSales Managerto lead and drive sales for premium residential real estate projects in Mansarovar, Jaipur. This is a senior leadership role designed for a professional with strong market expertise, proven closing ability, and a track record of managing high-performing sales teams.

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in revenue growth, strategic planning, and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Minimum 810 years of real estate sales experience is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to consistently achieve ambitious revenue targets
• Drive end-to-end sales strategy from lead conversion to deal closure
• Handle high-value client interactions, negotiations, and premium deal closings
• Oversee client site visits and ensure a superior customer experience
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company growth objectives
• Build and strengthen relationships with channel partners and key stakeholders
• Monitor sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance analytics
• Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to optimize lead management
• Maintain strong market intelligence and competitive awareness

Required Qualifications & Expertise

• Graduate or MBA in Sales/Marketing or related field preferred
• 810+ years of proven experience in residential real estate sales (mandatory)
• Demonstrated leadership and team management success
• Exceptional negotiation and closing skills
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking ability
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Deep understanding of the Jaipur real estate market preferred
