Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Residential Real Estate Sales Manager with strong experience in working with IPCs (International Property Consultants) or channel partners. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and leading revenue growth initiatives in the residential real estate segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive residential property sales through IPCs and channel partner networks
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, consultants, and key clients
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns and lead generation activities
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and post-sales service
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in residential real estate sales
- Proven experience working with IPCs or channel partners is mandatory
- Strong network within Gurgaon real estate market preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales goals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment
