Job Title: Real Estate Sales Manager - Farmhouse Projects


Location: Delhi NCR (Site & Office-based)

Full-time | Immediate Joiners Preferred


About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive sales for our luxury farmhouse / plotted development project on Delhis green edge. The role requires someone with a deep understanding of high-ticket real estate sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to build trust with HNI clients and investors. The candidate will manage incoming leads, conduct site visits, negotiate deals, and coordinate between clients, legal teams, and the developer.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle and convert qualified real estate leads (from digital, walk-ins, channel partners)
  • Conduct site visits and present the project features confidently
  • Build a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Coordinate with legal, documentation, CRM, and technical teams for closure
  • Act as the point-of-contact for all post-enquiry engagement till booking & registration
  • Develop and manage relationships with brokers, HNI clients, and institutional investors
  • Provide inputs for marketing content, pricing strategy, and customer feedback


Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
  • 26 years of experience in real estate sales , preferably luxury, plotted, or land segment
  • Excellent verbal & written communication (English & Hindi)
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Working knowledge of CRM software (Excel, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Professional appearance and demeanor for high-end clientele


Salary & Incentives

  • Salary based on experience

Preferred Candidate Traits

  • Has sold farmhouses, villas, or land earlier in Delhi NCR
  • Owns a 2-wheeler / 4-wheeler
  • Comfortable working independently on leads and follow-ups
