Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales & Leasing Consultant, located in South Mumbai. Responsibilities include assisting clients throughout the buying, selling, and leasing process of residential and commercial properties, conducting property tours, advising clients on market trends and property values, and negotiating property deals. The consultant will also interact with potential clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring seamless transactions.
Qualifications
- Solid understanding of real estate laws, regulations, and practices
- Strong experience in Real Estate and Real Property handling
- Exceptional Sales and Customer Service skills
- Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask
- Knowledge of the South Mumbai property market is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with real estate listing platforms is a plus
- High level of professionalism, a positive attitude, and strong work ethic
