Job Description
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Consultant located in South Mumbai. The primary responsibilities include generating new business opportunities, assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting real estate properties, and providing excellent customer service throughout the transaction process. The consultant will also conduct property viewings, attend networking events, and stay updated on market trends to better serve clients and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Real Estate Sales and comprehensive understanding of the real estate market
- Strong skills in Customer Service and client relationship management
- Sales expertise and ability to negotiate deals effectively
- Experience or knowledge in real estate practices, processes, and regulations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- A valid real estate license or certification is preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Freshers with convent School background most welcome.
- Salary from 25000 - 40000 + Incentives (10% - 30%)
- Two Month's target.
- Real Esate residential Leasing and Sales in nearby area
- Office Location: Lodha Supremus, Lower Parel.
