• Own inbound + qualified leads and take them from enquiry to closure
• Understand the buyers intent (investment vs lifestyle), constraints, and timeline
• Recommend the right projects using Avacasas data-driven approach (not random pushing)
• Coordinate site visits, developer interactions, and follow-ups with high attention to detail
• Build a predictable pipeline and track outcomes (CRM hygiene matters here)
• Become a voice of the brandcalm, premium, honest, high-conviction
