Job Title- Real Estate Sales Agent

Experience- 0-1 year

Location- Bangalore



Key Responsibilities


Identify and qualify potential buyers through cold calls, walk-ins, referrals, and digital inquiries.

Maintain a pipeline of prospects and manage CRM data accurately.

Conduct project presentations, site visits, and explain product features and benefits.

Convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings/sales according to project terms.

Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.

Follow up with leads regularly to nurture interest and close deals.

Analyse competitor offerings, price points, and market trends.

Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update management on progress.

Complete sales documentation and contracts.

Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, finance,) to ensure smooth transaction processes.


Qualifications

MBA in Marketing / Finance

Any other Management-related course or certification

Minimum 6 months experience in Real Estate will be an added advantage

Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also be considered


Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Customer-centric approach with good negotiation skills

Goal-driven with high energy and enthusiasm
