We are seeking a polished, customer-centric Sales Executive to represent premium residential developments. This role goes beyond transactional sellingfocused on consultative engagement, lifestyle articulation, and trust-based closures with discerning homebuyers.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage inbound and outbound prospects with a consultative sales approach
• Understand customer aspirations, lifestyle needs, and investment intent
• Conduct high-quality site visits and walkthroughs with attention to detail
• Present project USPsdesign philosophy, specifications, location advantage, and brand values
• Manage the complete sales cycle: lead follow-ups site visits negotiations bookings
• Maintain accurate CRM updates and lead tracking
• Coordinate with CRM, legal, and operations teams for a smooth customer experience
• Build long-term relationships and generate referrals from satisfied customers

Desired Profile

• 2+ years of experience in real estate sales , preferably in premium/luxury projects
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to sell value, not discounts
• Professional appearance, confidence, and customer empathy
• Comfortable with weekend site visits and customer meetings
• Basic understanding of home loans, documentation, and booking processes
