Freeperty is expanding its sales force and looking for a motivated Real Estate Sales Executive who knows how to close deals and build strong client relationships.

You dont need to search for clients our marketing team provides high-quality, high-intent leads every day.

Your focus is simple: convert leads into site visits and site visits into deals.

Key Responsibilities-

• Work on quality inbound leads generated by the marketing team
• Pitch properties to buyers based on requirements
• Build strong client relationships to increase conversions
• Handle calls, follow-ups, and site visit coordination
• Maintain CRM and daily pipeline updates
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements-

• Strong communication and closing skills
• Confident in client handling and follow-ups
• Real estate sales experience preferred (not mandatory)
• Good understanding of Pune West micro-markets is a plus
• High energy, self-driven, and target-focused mindset
