This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Pre-Sales Executive located in Bengaluru. The role includes engaging potential clients, managing pre-sales processes, responding to inquiries, and nurturing leads generated through various channels. The executive will be responsible for providing property information, meeting sales targets, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. Additional responsibilities include coordination with the sales team, maintaining updated leads databases, and assisting in improving lead conversion rates.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to engage potential customers effectively.
• Sales and negotiation skills required to engage and convert leads into clients.
• Proficiency in lead generation, handling inquiries, and maintaining accurate CRM or leads databases.
• Basic understanding of the real estate market, principles, and local property trends is preferred.
• Customer relationship management skills to address client needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and meet deadlines in a dynamic, high-paced environment.
• Previous real estate experience or a background in sales and marketing is an advantage.
• A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
