Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Executive - New Project Launches in Mumbai. The Real Estate Sales Executive will be responsible for meeting clients personally, providing honest advice and transparent information about new projects, and assisting buyers through the entire property purchase process. Additionally, the role includes developing sales strategies, conducting market research, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Qualifications
- Real Estate License and Real Estate knowledge
- Customer Service Skills
- Sales and Real Property knowledge
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the Mumbai real estate market is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
