Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Consultant located in Noida. The Real Estate Sales Consultant will engage with clients to understand their property needs and offer tailored real estate solutions, focusing on luxury and high-end properties. Daily responsibilities include generating and nurturing leads, maintaining strong client relationships, providing personalized consultation for customers such as HNIs, NRIs, and corporates, and closing sales deals efficiently. The role involves staying up-to-date with trends in the real estate market, providing market insights, and ensuring client satisfaction through exceptional customer service.
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive who can independently manage the entire sales cyclefrom lead generation to deal closureand consistently generate revenue. This role is ideal for professionals who are confident communicators, fluent in English, and motivated by high incentives and performance-based commissions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Real Estate Sales and knowledge of the real estate industry
- Strong skills in Sales and Customer Service
- Ability to provide personalized real estate consultation and training to clients
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Understanding of luxury property markets and client requirements
- Proficiency in market trends, investment opportunities, and global real estate dynamics preferred
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through calls, follow-ups, and client meetings
Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting pitching negotiation closure
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Present products/services clearly and confidently in English
Achieve and exceed monthly revenue and sales targets
Maintain accurate sales records and CRM updates
Requirements
Proven experience in end-to-end sales
Strong understanding of the sales cycle and revenue generation
Fluency in spoken and written English
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Target-driven, disciplined, and performance-focused
Willingness to work full-time from office (Noida)
