Opening: Closing Manager Real Estate
Location: Turbhe
Shift: Day Shift
Weekly Off: 1 Rotational Day
Salary Range: 35,000 50,000 per month
Experience Required: 4+ Years (Real Estate Mandatory)
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Closing Manager Real Estate who can independently handle site walk-ins, client meetings, and end-to-end deal closures. The ideal candidate will be confident in negotiations, strong in follow-ups, and capable of converting qualified leads into successful bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage walk-in customers and scheduled site visits
- Explain project details, pricing, offers, and payment plans
- Handle negotiations and close deals aligned with sales targets
- Coordinate with sourcing, tele-calling, and CRM teams
- Ensure accurate client data entry and follow-ups in CRM
- Support booking documentation and payment collection process
- Maintain high standards of customer experience and professionalism
Desired Candidate Profile
- 4+ years of proven experience in real estate sales & closures
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
- Target-focused mindset with a consistent closure ratio
- Excellent verbal communication and relationship-building skills
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems and MS Excel
