With 30+ years of excellence in Mumbai real estate, Gagangiri Group specializes in premium MHADA/SRA redevelopments and joint ventures. We are currently hiring for our 4 Projects in Charkop, Kandivali West and are expanding our sales team.


Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Sourcing Executive to drive lead generation, manage channel partners (brokers/CP network), conduct site visits, and contribute to sales closures for our premium residential projects in Kandivali West.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct site visits and deliver compelling project presentations to prospective clients
  • Follow up diligently with leads (phone, WhatsApp, email) and work toward closing sales deals
  • Build relationships with our Channel Partner network (brokers & agents)
  • Actively promote projects and expand the CP network in Kandivali, Borivali, Malad & surrounding areas
  • Maintain accurate daily records of calls, visits, meetings & conversions in CRM
  • Report daily activities, lead status & performance to management
  • Achieve monthly lead generation & site visit targets

Who We Are Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales, lead sourcing, or channel partner management
  • Strong communication & convincing skills (Hindi & Marathi mandatory, English is a plus)
  • Proven ability to build broker networks and generate quality leads
  • Confident in conducting site visits and handling client queries/objections
  • Field work
  • Good with WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, basic CRM usage
