About the Role
We are looking for a driven and relationship-focused candidate to strengthen our real estate sales team. The role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in lead sourcing, channel partner management, and direct client acquisition , preferably within the luxury or premium residential segment .
You will play a key role in generating quality leads, nurturing broker relationships, and converting prospects into successful closures while delivering a high-touch client experience aligned with luxury brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Sourcing
- Actively source leads through channel partners, brokers, referrals, site visits, and direct outreach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and brokerage networks
- Identify new sourcing opportunities and expand the lead pipeline consistently
Sales & Client Management
- Handle end-to-end sales interactionsfrom initial enquiry to booking and documentation support
- Conduct site visits and client meetings, ensuring a premium customer experience
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable inventory aligned with their needs
- Follow up rigorously to drive conversions and closures
Channel Partner Engagement
- Onboard and manage channel partners effectively
- Conduct regular briefings, product walkthroughs, and follow-ups with brokers
- Track performance of sourcing channels and optimise for better results
Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales trackers
- Prepare regular reports on leads, site visits, bookings, and closures
- Coordinate closely with internal teams such as marketing, CRM, and legal for smooth execution
Candidate Profile
- 24 years of experience in real estate sales, with strong exposure to lead sourcing
- Experience in luxury or premium residential sales is highly preferred
- Proven ability to work with channel partners and brokers
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Presentable, confident, and client-facing with a relationship-driven approach
- Comfortable working with sales targets and follow-up-driven environments
