Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Real Estate Presales Executive located in Baner, Pune. Work from Office.

Responsibilities

• Calling existing leads / data and potential customers
• Nurturing the Lead nurturing generating Site Visits
• Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume, site visits and bookings
• Have a strong followup with the leads
• Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers

Qualifications

• 1-3 years' of presales experience in Real Estate industry
• Proven experience working as a Presales Executive.
• Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills
• Customer oriented and exceptional customer experience skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Energetic and Go-getter personality
